As the General Contractor, we managed every aspect of this extensive renovation. Our team secured permits for floor plan changes and oversaw the installation of new HVAC systems, complete electrical rewiring, and updated plumbing and sprinkler systems. We handled both interior and exterior work, including asphalt and concrete repairs, landscaping, fencing, roof and gutter fixes, and deck construction. Our expertise ensured a successful, transformed commercial space.
