Make-Ready

A fresh coat of paint and basic maintenance work that can be done in less than a day makes the home fresh for new occupants in no time. These turns usually take less than 3 days.

Basic package includes:

  • Fresh coat of paint

  • Replace bulbs

  • Adjust doors that don't open/close easily

  • Test safety equipment (smoke & CO alarms, etc)

  • Test Thermostat

  • Test all plumbing (faucets, bathtubs, toilets, etc)

  • Test electric

  • Test HVAC system (heating & cooling)

  • Check drains & gutters

Cleaning

Residence will be cleaned including bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, bedrooms, basement (if applicable), etc.
